Q: What is the source for your inventory?
A: We receive new inventory listings daily for dealers only which we sell to the consumer at a greatly reduced price. We have many different sources for the cars and trucks we sell. Sources dealers, off-lease, auctions, program, franchisers, credit unions, banks, GSA etc. The vehicles are usually late model (2012 and newer) and have good miles and may still be under a factory warranty. We resell cars with clean titles only. We never retail salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, insurance claim, flood or other gray market vehicles unless specifically noted.
Q: Do you have all titles on hand for your vehicles?
A: We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale, titles will be forwarded within 30 -45 days after transaction. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that are sold.
If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its disposition prior to contracting for sale.
Q: What 'other' fees are there besides the purchase price?
A: Taxes, title and shipping. There is also a $525 doc fee. for handling paperwork (not required by law), mailing and copying costs, these fees are fixed and non-negotiable.

Q: HISTORY REPORTS:
A: We understand that History Reports (HR) buy Carfax – Auto Check etc. Data driven companies are information acquired from DMV Depts. within the US as well as Insurance companies etc. Some states do not participate with data information about vehicle from there state.
Independent Vehicle Inspection Report: The inspector goes directly to the vehicle and performs the inspection, then leaves to write up the report.
· A: Comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic inspection.
· B: Look for signs of previous accident and flood damage.
· C: AGA and affiliates have invested into tools that most consumer do not have to provide us with a more in-depth inspection.
· D: You receive an email with the full report plus pictures.

Q: How is shipping of the vehicle arranged, can I get a quote?
A: We are happy to handle all of the details of shipping your vehicle to its new home. Send an email to transport@dautogroup.com with your zip code and the car or truck you need to ship, we will get back to you with a firm quote on shipping. Common shipping terms include:
· Express Shipping (Get it Fast) – AGA is one of the few dealers that can offer Guaranteed
· Express Shipping via our Expedite Service and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) Transports. This option carries a fully refundable fee of $100 if your vehicle is not picked up by the commitment date set by our dispatcher. Be sure to ask your sales person for details.
· Open Carrier -These trucks 3 to 10 car carriers you've seen running down the highway. This is the most economical way to transport, but because of the risk of additional rock and element damage, many higher dollar and specialty cars must be shipped enclosed carrier.
· Enclosed Carrier - Your vehicle will be transported in a closed container, this eliminates the damage that can come from exposure to the road and the elements, this is typically several hundred dollars more in cost.
· Insurance - All vehicles are covered by insurance while in transport, you will need to provide insurance once you take delivery of the vehicle.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept wire transfers - certified cashier checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. We are also happy to arrange financing for you.
Q: Financing?
A: Yes, we have Financing Resources. We are also happy to work with your local bank or credit union to get the paperwork processed and your deal financed. In most cases it takes less than a day to get the paperwork finished.
Q: I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am paying cash?
A: A volume of our transactions involve selling and shipping vehicles out of state. Here is the process broken down step by step:
Cash Purchase from Out of State
Once confirmation has been made on vehicle of interest.
· We contact you via email and phone to finalize the transaction.
· Option 1: A $500 nonrefundable deposit must be made to hold the car for 24 hours.
· Option 2: You forward certified funds or wire transfer for the vehicle within 24 hours plus any shipping charges.
· Disclaimer: Dealer reserve the right to terminate the deal.
Review the Bill of Sale contract.
· When we receive your funds, we arrange the car for shipping
· Your car is now on its way to you, typical delivery time is 3 to 14 days based upon location.
· We send you duplicate copies of the bill of sale, one for you to keep, and one for you to return.
· When we receive the bill of sale along with a deposit slip, we UPS all title documentation.
· We agree on delivery address. You pick up your car at the agreed address.
· Transaction Complete!

Q: I live out of state, but want to fly in and drive my new car back home.
A: Great! We have done this many time. We will provide you the location of your vehicle. If you let us know in advance we can arrange to have the paperwork completed and arrange to have you picked up at the airport.

Q: How do I know the car is in the condition stated?
A: All cars are professionally cleaned before sale. If there are any mechanical issues noted during inspection, they are addressed before the car is sold. Any issues that we elect not to fix are disclosed in full in the negotiation. If accepted we will disclose the agreement in writing.
